PTCL Introduces Online Customer Support Services in Karachi
We all know that Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) is still struggling to improve its Customer Service quality and in continuance of these efforts, PTCL Karachi has introduced a new online Customer Support Service for Karachi Customers to provide better services to its existing an new customers. The purpose of launching this facility is to provide prompt response to customers’ queries, orders, etc. Users, who have applied for PTCL services and are not provided with the services yet or haven’t heard from PTCL maintenance team within estimated time, can write to: Karachi.Rapid.Support@ptcl.net.pk.
Customers are suggested to use the help line 1218 to lodge any complaints, queries, etc and also they can avail services such as Telephonic, Broadband, Broadband Wireless EVO, or Smart TV by calling 0800-80800.
It is indeed a very good initiative by PTCL Karachi Management but they need to maintain the service level like they always do for services in start but later on they fail to maintain it. I am hoping that all other cities will also introduce such services for its customers. A happy customer stays longer. And as Founder of McDonalds said, “Look after the customer, and the business will take care itself”.
