PTCL is Upgrading & Extending Network in Lahore

To provide better telecomm services, Pakistan Telecommunication Limited is upgrading its network in Lahore, Jamil Khawaja, PTCL Executive Vice President said. In this respect, Cable Network is upgraded and supplied the ONU facility of Canal Bank Housing to Rizwan Gardens and areas in this surrounding so that the customers can get more satisfaction and they can also avail and enjoy PTCL services in these areas more conveniently.

Though, in Lahore they are upgrading and extending the network but in Rawalpindi I am facing some issues with their Broadband Service and they are yet to resolve the issue even after 7 days. I would suggest them to invest some money on Customer Services as well.
