PTCL Prolongs Telephone Bill Payment Date

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has extended the outstanding telephone bill payment date from 21st August, 2009 to 24th August 2009. Customers who have not received the bills yet can get a duplicate copy of bill from nearest Customer Service Center or by calling PTCL Helpline 1236 who can also send the duplicate bill in customer’s email.
PTCL is recently focusing on to providing better services to Telephone customers as they are the main income stream and were not previously paid attention to. Usually, if the bill of one month is delayed, Customer’s incoming calls are restricted and on non-payment of bill for 3 months, the telephone line is disconnected. So, hurry up people and pay your bill now, after all its PTCL.
