ZONG Internet Problem Continues – Worst Network Ever

I recently made my life’s bigger mistake and ported in to ZONG from Warid. I wrote about it earlier as well and I switched my network to Warid. Warid was going good for me but I was kind of ZONG Loyal and switched back to it. They still have problems with GPRS/EDGE, delay in SMS receipt, busy network and I feel stupid taking such action.
ZONG always focus on low price products but fail to provide quality service which is utmost need of many customers. When I use ZONG Internet, people find my number switched off or busy which I already mentioned in my previous write-up an year ago. So, even after an year, ZONG failed to rectify these issues. Their customer base is growing but QoS is becoming sub-standard.

I have also heard such news about ZONG. They should really focus on QoS rather than coming up with low price sub-standard products. Good effort!

Yeah this is disadvantage of Zong… but warid has also lot of problems may be you did’nt get in touch with them now.. when i got to my village i switched to UFONE and its my Last choice…

I have been using zong edge from last 2 years and fully satisfied with the speed and quality of the network. Didnt find any issue stated above.
Zong has only one problem i.e coverage and this is just b/c they are expanding their network.If coverage is available in your area then Zong is the best both in voice and data services + cheap as well………
so check your area signal if available then go for Zong without hesitation…..

i do nt think so that zong gprs is creating any problem.although i was using warid earlier this.but as well as i used warid internet server busy plz try again scripted show.warid is worst network.no innovation.nothing new.while zong is providing new and more value added services among all networks in two years.zong is fast realible and innovative.i m using and typing this msg at zong gprs.zong say it all.

I am also using ZONG from last 4 years and never found any problem.They have focused on QOS and getting the results.Zond has now become the fastest growing network and they are now ahead of warid at no 4 position in active user.

Hey guys.. i am using this package but it has a very big problem ,mobilink network turns off ur no while u use internet if any one calls on ur no a recorded voice says ( aap k matloba no se jawab mausool nahi horaha ) couple of times i complained to help line but they are not trying to resolve this big issue ..soo plzz raise this issue ..Thankyou..

Using nokia 5130 xpressmusic with ZONG. I am facing problem with zong internet. At executing email option thru message menu, error appears “internet setting not found.” what is this problem? Although i am using zong internet for web surfing as well.
