Delayed Sms Bundles Re-subscription in Zong
Zong Recently launched new sms packages,but many customers told us that they are facing problem in re-subscription.If you subscribed zong weekly bundle and after a week, when bundle offer expired at 12 midnight and new subscription should be take place at same time but you will be automatically subscribed to bundle not at that time but after two to three hours, and the messages you sent in that time period to be charged as per tariff plan.When i talked to zong customer service rep. he said new subscription take some time,but i personally think thats a trick from Zong to take money out from customers pocket.

yup i do agree…. i subscribed for 500 daily package & received confirmation “service has been activated” even then they charged me for 2 or more hours & drained my balance
