Besides conventional banking, Branchless banking in pakistan growing rapidly and it makes your life more easier.So to make my life more easier i decided to open an easypaisa mobile account and went to telenor franchise to open EP mobile account.
As i entered in the franchise there were many other customers que up for their turn.
When i reached at the counter and asked for easypaisa mobile account but he refused and said this time we can’t open your mobile account please visit tomorrow.
I turned back and came back so after three days i went to same franchise same thing happened what i was expecting from those silly guys. Yes they refused and excused for system down.
This is what happening in telenor franchises, but luckily i got succeeded after more two days and my easypaisa mobile account has been opened and i start using it.
After four days of account opening i received a message from easypaisa that “your mobile account has been blocked please call 345″.
Am totally shocked what is happening just after four days they blocked my account but why.
I call their helpline and asked what went wrong and CSR replied ” Our team can’t confirm your data because your documents are unreadable, please visit our service centre for assistance” And i replied why should i visit this is your mistake not mine. The guy in franchise who opened my account snapped my picture and scanned ID card, Yea am talking about the same franchise.
So what they guys doing in the franchise and is there any check and balance from telenor.
Now i have to visit again to reactive my account.
Things are much better when you see it from far but when you come close and get in touch you come to know they are totally different, so it might be easy for you but won’t for me.
Telenor Sucksssss, I port out from telenor and they force me to visit again and again dont knw what stupid guys are running telenor franchises.
Omni is better then easypaisa..Telenor is just to loot and take money out from pakistani people.
UBl has better financial ground and they know well how to run branchless banking.
The problem with omni are,they are poor in advertising and look at their website.Telenor knows how to attract and have better website + advertising.
So omni should come up with new advertising compaign.

Yea omni is gud but they need some more efforts.
Telenor guys are so rude and in my case they never treat me well whenever i call at thir helpline or visit franchise,
