President and CEO of Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTCL), Walid Irshaid has declared no line-rent for telephone lines which are out of order and are not resolved within 20 days. The decision was announced in a meeting with members of Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI).
